Mushroom season is in full swing, and we're back with our partner Joie de Vivre Farm to help teach you how to pick those delicious edible mushrooms safely and responsibly.

We will take you on a short, beginner level walk through the woods, stopping to identify edible mushrooms along the way. We will discuss the most common tasty mushrooms that grow in the NL wilderness and the various aspects of safe identification.

We will offer two repeat beginner mushroom foraging workshops. The first one is on Thursday, September 24th at 5 pm and the second will be Monday, October 5th at 5 pm. Location TBA.
